This review is definitely a 10/10 visit! We were treated at the front with a welcoming smile and seated immediately! Our server was Crystal and she went above and beyond for us she also makes the perfect cocktails! We came back for dinner and ordered steaks and WOW WOW WOW the coloring the perfect and if you used any steak sauce you will be taking away from the perfect steak dinner.

This is my second time to have the Lobster Tail here and it won’t be my last! I’ve lived in San Diego for over 30 years, have friends in Maine and sisters in Massachusetts and Lobster is always my go to! And beings this is the Midwest you sure give them a run for the money! You even top Miss Mammies Lobster in Moline! And you have to have thier Lobster Bisque when it’s available!!! Five star 🌟 all the way! And the drinks are phenomenal!!!! My sister & I are from Springfield/Jacksonville IL area. I wanted to make her 60th birthday a very Happy one & thanks to Hawkeye Restaurant & our wonderful waiter Collin that happened . The food was amazing. The staff is very courteous. The wait time was not long at all. Very family oriented place to dine, very clean & staff is very attentive to the patrons needs & wants. We will definitely be re visiting too try different items in the menu. I had the ribeye sandwich, bacon wrapped asparagus,,,my sister had the mushroom Swiss with a bourbon sauce. Both meals are must try for anyone else that hasn't Thank you & the staff for making our trip & her birthday memorable Annette Seaton
